Romero Britto (born October 6, 1963) is a Brazilian artist, painter, serigrapher, and sculptor. He combines elements of cubism, pop art and art painting in his job, using vibrant colours and bold patterns as a visual manifestation of hope, happiness, and dreams.

Born in Recife, on the Northeast side of Brazil, Britto Lived a very modest childhood while growing up one of a major family of eight sisters and brothers. But, his inherent imagination allowed Britto to fulfill his life with pictures of a larger and more amazing world past his own. Self-taught from a young age he painted what he saw and what he envisioned on surfaces like papers, cardboard or some other scraps he might find. Having an excessive enthusiasm to shine, he prospered academically. However, Britto’s artistic character finally led him to seek adventures away from the classroom. Back in 1983, Britto moved to Paris, France where he had been introduced to the works of Matisse and Picasso. After displaying in a couple of galleries and personal displays, Britto was invited to go to the United States in which Pop Art was flourishing.

Britto has lived in Miami, Florida since 1989. Soon after Britto came in the USA, Michel Roux, creator of Absolut Vodka’s Total Art Ad Campaign, happened to stop by Britto’s first studio in Coconut Grove, Florida. Roux promptly asked Britto to reinterpret the famous bottle, which could be published and seen by countless. Britto was a part of important Worldwide art fairs, one of them were FIAC Paris and Art Salon Hong Kong. His exhibitions were revealed across the world some of that were the 2016 Presidential campaign of Governor Jeb Bush and for Monsanto, Bain Capital, Movado, Philip Morris, Academi (previously Blackwater), Disney, Enrico Coveri, Pepsi, the United Nations, BMW, and Royal Caribbean Cruises. Britto has 1 major art gallery in Miami, on South Beach on Lincoln Road. His title has been featured in well-known press such as Forbes, Vanity Fair The New Yorker ARTNews and much more.
