Change of mind returns
We want you to feel perfectly confident when buy on Coco Gifts Online Store. Therefore, we give you the option to return and/or exchange any items you bought from us for any reasons within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
Products ordered online can be directly returned to

or you can alternatively send your return by post to us. The returned item(s) must be in resaleable condition (no marks, scratches, chips or craks on the product(s)).
Please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 08.82518005 prior to returning your product(s). In both cases, we will provide you with all relevant guidelines to proceed with the return. Please do not attempt to return any goods before speaking to us otherwise you may be responsible for some charges such as shipping, storage and administration costs. Please refer to the Payment and Shipping Policies for details.
You may also be required to fill in a return form provided by us in order to proceed with return process. Once we receive the items, we will fully refund you the amount you paid for the products. Please note that customers will incur the shipping costs to return the products to us.
Damaged or Faulty Returns.
You have 30 days to notify Coco Gifts in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty. Please send us an email to email@example.com or directly call us on 08.82518005.
You may also be required to fill in a return form and to send us images of the damage for further assessment. Once assessed, we will contact you to proceed with the return process. Coco Gifts will arrange a replacement part or item for you. If a replacement is not available, Coco Gifts will provide you a full refund to your original payment method. Again, please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to us.
The shipping costs for return the damaged or faulty items will be refunded to customers. Coco Gifts will also pay for the shipping costs to resend the replacement parts or items to customers.
