Pusheen the Cat is a cartoon pet from comic strips and sticker sets on Facebook. It first came around in 2010 on Everyday Cute website by creators Claire Belton and Andrew Duff. The original comic strip series featured a number of characters and Pusheen as a chubby cat based on its creator’s pet. The name Pusheen originates from the word puisín, meaning kitten in Irish.
